For UK orders over £45+

Returns:

For orders, customers may request a refund by emailing support@renique.co.uk within 14 days of receiving their order. Customers will have another 14 days to return the goods once they’ve requested the refund.

A refund will only be approved once the goods have been been returned in its original condition, meaning all items must be unopened, unused and in its original packaging. Approved refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the order.

We do not accept partial returns or selective refund requests. Refunds are only considered if the entire order is returned unopened, unused and in original condition and within 14 days of delivery.

If your package arrives damaged or defective, please email support@renique.co.uk within 14 days of purchase with supporting pictures attached. Only replacements are sent in case of damaged/defective items.

All orders are shipped with tracked delivery. If tracking shows that your parcel was successfully delivered, we are unable to issue a refund. If you suspect your parcel was stolen after delivery, we recommend contacting your local courier service and/ or filing a police report.

We are not liable for parcels stolen from premises after delivery has been confirmed.

If the incorrect delivery address is entered at checkout or if parcel is unclaimed for, customer will have to cover postage charge to be resent the package once it is returned back to us. 

Cancellations

Please email us at support@renique.co.uk with your order number to cancel your order. 

Please note we can only cancel your order if it is not yet shipped out.
